CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
o If your credit card has processed, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee.
o Please note that if your order has already been processed and given to UPS or Mail Service, shipping charges may apply for any subsequent order change. Please review your order carefully - once submitted orders may be processed at any time and can be shipped almost immediately after processing.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
o WE DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS FOR EVALUATION.
o Shipping charges for returning merchandise will be paid by the customer.
o For all returns, YOU MUST contact us via Email or Phone and receive a Return Authorization Number-RMA#.
o Product returns are subject to a 10% non-negotiable restocking fee and all freight charges assessed. For defective products, we will send replacement with our cost
o Defective Merchandise: We cover all our products for manufacturer's defects up to 14 days from original purchase date for exchange. Original receipt must accompany the return. The item WILL be replaced or refunded.
o All original product packaging must be included. The product cannot have any signs of wear or abuse.
o NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE AND A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED FOR ALL NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.
SHIPPING
o A routine check is done to ensure that we are delivering to your billing address of your credit card. For orders placed that are not going to your billing address, or if you are not the cardholder for that credit card, the transaction can be delayed as we must verify the information. You may need to contact the issuer of the credit card to authorize the transaction.
o PLEASE NOTE To help protect you, we report all attempts of improper credit card use immediately to the issuing credit card company, the Internet provider used when the order was placed and if applicable your local law enforcement authorities.
o Shipments are made from any of our warehouses that have the particular items you need in stock. In rare circumstances, an order can be shipped from multiple locations.
o We ship US USPS first class with Delivery Confirmation or UPS ground, at our discretion.
o For international orders , duties, taxes, customs, port fees and paperwork fees are not charged by HRO to you; these fees will be payable by you upon receipt of your goods in your country - please inquire with your local tax officials for more information about these charges. Freight charges for packages returned as undeliverable cannot be refunded - be sure to supply a good daytime phone number and address.
International Orders have a minimum shipping charge of $5.00 added. This is for small packages less than 4 pounds, with a maximum length of 24 in. and and combined length, width and height of 36 in. Packages that fall in these parameters will be sent via Airmail. For larger package orders, we suggest you contact us via email or phone for actual shipping charges.
